This package is ideal for the couple that has absolutely no idea where to start or just simply too busy with daily life schedules and needs one of STL's best Wedding Designer/Coordinator experts to take the lead. The most important aspect is guiding you through and securing a wedding venue then ensuring every detail of your wedding is tailored and customized with you and your love in mind.

At Timeless Moments STL, our lead Wedding Designer/Coordinator will handle all vendor coordination, track your wedding budget, organize your timeline, and more. One of our perks is providing you with an event checklist tool to ensure your wedding details are planned to your perfection. The Partial Wedding Planning and Coordination Package is for the bride who desires to have full engagement with the vendors but may not have the resources or know how to put all the parts together for their big day. This package allows the bride to plan majority of the wedding with assistance from one of our lead wedding coordinators at Timeless Moments STL.

The Partial Wedding Planning Package includes everything that is offered in the Gold Package and more. With this package, you'll receive multiple planning sessions that can start months prior to your special day.

Wedding Management Package

The Wedding Management Package is for the bride who wants to plan her wedding independently and now needs a wedding coordinator to make it all come to life. The Wedding Management Package is for those brides that booked all her vendors but want to make sure all those last-minute details and vision she worked hard putting together are in place and flawlessly setup properly.

Our dedicated Timeless Moments STL wedding coordinator’s goal will be to provide our bride with the tools to smoothly transition vendor information allowing couples to avoid the stress and anxiety of rehearsal dinner and day of wedding management.

Below, we have provided a list of services included in our Wedding Management Package:

• Event Day Coordination & Management Oversight

HOURLY PLANNING CONSULTATION

This package may be ideal for the couple that is seeking a little advice on how to get to their happily ever after. During this session, you can ask our planners anything: where should you start the planning process, review your budget, or just ask any general questions you have about your planning process.
Couples will ideally have a ton of ideas on what they want their wedding to look like, where they want to have it, and how many guests, they want at the wedding celebration. With all these fabulous ideas flowing through your mind, it may be hard to know where and how to start.

Within this hourly session, you will walk away with a solid plan of:
What your next steps are
How to execute the vision that you have.
Answer any general questions you may have about the planning process. This is also a great plan for a couple who may be having a wedding in the backyard or other intimate locations due to COVID-19.
